Hildur moving to Fjaskrúðsfjörður!

My friend Hildur that has been working with me here in the Fjardaal Project in the East is moving out of G-3 to her house in Fjáskrúðsfjörður - the next fjord. I want to graduate her on the new home.

Fly fishing 2006

The annual Fly fishing trip by InPro (Bechtel - Suðurverk) was on the 19th to 21st of August in Húseyjarkvísl in Skagafjörður. The gang was there - we had some new comers and then we where missing some characters from last trip. We had lot of fun - 1) fishing 2) eating 3) drinking 4) hot-tub & 5)poker (or did I mix the numbers up!!!).

My friends Alma Birna og Guðmundur has a son on the 16th of August at 20:30. He was born 4.130 g. and 54,5 cm.

Seyðisfjörður on a Sunday

On Sunday I stopped work early around 3:30pm and when for a ride to Seydisfjördur. An neighboring fjord her in the East. This town is where the "ship" Norræna comes to harbor. There is lot action over "some" days in the summer. Otherwise I don’t know what is there to do. I go in to town and drove to the right and didn’t stop driving until I go to the river Austdalsá where my car was not able to cross. Here below you can see a lonely photo of me on the walking bridge over the river.

Camping - hut!!!

I went up to Fellabær to meet Imba and her daughters. I hurried up doing my inspections at work and when to Egilsstaðir to the kaupfélag (store). Imba has been on a tour with her daughters for a week now. They rented a small hut in the campground, really fancy it had a hot tub and every thing. Imba maid a excellent fish on the BBQ. I staid the night … or until 5am when I headed back.
